Bob Fossum

Deputy Administrator

Bob joined CRWD in 2004. Bob holds a B.S. in Geography and Environmental Studies from Gustavus Adolphus College and an M.S. in Water Resource Management and Geography from the University of Wisconsin. Bob oversees three of the District’s Divisions: Monitoring, Maintenance, and Research; Planning, Projects, and Grants; and Regulatory. Bob also manages District planning and capital improvement projects including McMurray Field.
