Draft Watershed Management Plan Virtual Community Meeting

Capitol Region Watershed District (District) has completed its draft 2021 – 2030 Watershed Management Plan (Plan). It is available for public review and comment until July 15, 2020. The plan will guide District actions in a coordinated, thoughtful, and effective manner over the period from 2021-2030. This Plan was developed over the past year and half in collaboration with District partners and community members who serve key roles in achieving District goals.

Anyone is welcome to participate. Join online with your computer, tablet or smartphone or call in via phone for one of two community meetings on Thursday, June 18 at 1 pm and Wednesday, June 24 at 6:30 pm.

We will begin with an introduction and approximately 30 minute presentation followed by time for questions, comments and feedback.

This meeting will be recorded and shared on the Watershed Management Plan page the following week.
