Forrest Kelley, PE (MN)

Facility Management Division Manager

Forrest joined CRWD in 2007 and manages CRWD’s Facility Management Division. He oversees the operation and maintenance of District and partner stormwater infrastructure to ensure proper function and performance. Forrest also manages CRWD capital improvement projects to help protect the District’s water resources. Forrest holds a B. S. in Biosystems Engineering from the University of Minnesota and is a licensed professional engineer (PE) in the State of Minnesota.
